While 99% of the vehicles are delivered in prime condition, there are those instances in which vehicles are disabled (cannot be moved) and repairs are required. Fenkell Automotive Services has created and implemented a vehicle information management and reporting system that can be set up as direct data entry with a Manufacturer and can be formatted to meet their specific needs. Repair requests are reported electronically and Fenkell dispatches a technician within 24-48 hours.
The Vehi-Trac Program was designed and developed to address the need by vehicle manufacturers to deliver a damage-free vehicle to dealerships without any delay from the time it leaves the assembly plant.
